At P7 Coach, we developed a seven step method that delivers tangible results.
Coach describes the P7 process and creates a comfortable environment for the client to share their current situation and the past decisions that have landed them there. Coach-Client relationship builds on trust.
Client will have an open discussion with coach about their vision, goals, and interests. In combination with the Introductory Questionnaires, coach and client will visualize what success looks like to the client.
Coach uses a unique set of exercises and assessment tools to bring out and add to client's individual skills and strengths, and identify their weaknesses. This toolkit serves as the foundation for future planning and effective leadership.
Coach gathers information about client's family, business, and personal relationships to target blind spots. Client learns how to effectively use their personal and business network for additional resources and accountability.
Coach and client mesh the client's vision with their unique tools to create S. M. A. R. T. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely) goals that challenge the client without overwhelming them.
Client is supported and held accountable. As challenges arise, coach works hand-in-hand with client to overcome them and strive towards success. Plan is continually reassessed to match the client's evolving abilities and goals.
Client has made their goals into a reality, and leaves the P7 program with increased resources, leadership, and ability to conquer future challenges.
